I love moving and having energy to do whatever God calls me to do. I deeply enjoying being active outdoors with my family (hunting, hiking & exploring, as well as trail/ultra running). I want to do everything I can to honor the gifts God gave me and be as healthy as I can for my family.

Specially designed to give you the strength, endurance and confidence to go where you need to go in order to get the job done. Your physical fitness can make the difference between filling your freezer and going home with your tag in your pocket. The last days of the hunt are when you know the area and the animals behavior the best, but will you have the physical ability to capitalize on that knowledge? We can ensure that you will have the staying power to hunt as hard as you need for the duration of your hunt.
Hate the gym? Love the gym? Travel a lot? This program gives you the flexibility to complete the workouts wherever you are, with or without equipment. All you need is a desire to get better.
12 weeks of training to take your game to the next level. Improve your vertical, quickness and strength
to take you athleticism to the next level. Program can be adjusted to all skill levels for males and females
This training program can be done at home, at the gym, or anywhere you find yourself, and is combined with a daily Bible reading plan. This program will help you develop a daily habit of moving by eliminating any and all excuses of travel time to and from the gym and/or a lack of equipment. This program will also help you develop a weekly habit of being in God's word. So if you’re looking to improve your health and fitness, all while developing a daily habit of being in God’s word, this is the program for you!

A 13 week train up designed to get you ready to go into your next selection/school with all the physical capabilities you need to complete it with confidence.
Written by Head Coach Jason Dudley who has trained numerous operators for all levels of selections ranging from tier 1 selections to police and fire academy selections. Tried and true training programs to get you in the best possible condition to enter your next selection/school with confidence. We emphasize reducing your risk of injury during the train up and, most importantly, during the event.
