I have been exploring best practices for physical training for over 20 years. It all started with a bench press competition in my parents’ garage between 3 friends and I when we were 14 years old. What started in that garage continues today as a major passion in my personal life, as well as my profession. I have been extremely blessed to learn from and work with some of the best coaches in our industry, and I have a passion for sharing that knowledge with those seeking to improve their physical fitness and health. I have worked in a variety of environments (NFL, Major College Athletics, Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters to name a few), and I discovered along the way that my greatest joy is helping others pursue their passions. I deeply love movement and self-powered adventure, and I feel called to help others pursue their own physical pursuits. Through proper movement we can drastically reduce injury risk, help recover from injury, reduce pain, and maximize physical potential. I believe we are called to live an abundant life (John 10:10), and I would be honored to help you pursue your passion(s).
